The Blender Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet intended for users to send and receive virtual currency (such as bitcoins), view the transaction history through the created personal Blender Wallets. At no point will the Blender ever own or take custody of virtual currency stored in the Blender Wallet. All funds are on the blockchain itself, and we do not control them. The users interact directly with each other, and have the total independent control over their virtual currency.
When creating your Blender Wallet you have to save the generated mnemonic phrase at a private place. You can create a password for mnemonic phrase protection. You are also advised to enable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). To set up 2FA download any 2FA app to your device and enter the displayed code or scan the QR code. The app will generate the short-term one-time codes for you to login to your wallet and to broadcast outcoming transactions.
We do not store user’s private keys, mnemonic phrases or passwords. It is very important that you backup your login credentials. If you lose your mnemonic phrase it will not be possible for us to recover it for you and you may lose access to your virtual currency tokens.
If you know or have any reason to suspect that someone has gained access to your Wallet without your authorization, or your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised, please immediately notify the Blender to the following email: [email protected].
